Discovery & detecting pain points

I have delved into the business to explore opportunities from a product design perspective. I discovered that if these business abilities are designed better, they could be incredibly beneficial for the product & business.

Here are the parts that were ignored in the old design:

The hero section

The header contained numerous fields to fill out and lacked a section to guide users to the business offers. The slogan could also be more impressive and inspiring.

Find an agent

It has powerful potential to satisfy users and earn their trust, engaging them effectively. Additionally, it can significantly influence customer decisions. It was just in the corner of the footer.

Ideating and crafting a compelling new narrative for the product

Based on the identified pain points, I have designed a new narrative for the product. This approach focuses on:

  1. Demonstrating the business's proficiency as a fast and high-quality tour service provider.

  2. Showcasing testimonials in an impressive manner.

  3. Offering more informative and engaging features to assist users in making decisions.

  • Change the slogan to a call-to-action phrase.

  • Implement a simple search box for quicker engagement.

  • Use an offer section to highlight tours that align with the business plan.

Tours categorizations

Following the hero section, we need a segment highlighting the business's expertise in organizing various tours. This section should feature user-friendly categories, allowing visitors to explore a range of tours within each grouping easily.
